Event Registration & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this event and the preparation involved, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

In the rare event that the organizers need to cancel or reschedule the event, you will be offered the option to transfer your registration to the new date or receive a full refund.
