☀️Bring your furry friend for an almost-tropical escape from the wind, mud and rain. 🐶🌴

Dog-Friendly Hamilton and the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA present a bring your dog yoga class at Terra Greenhouse Waterdown, hosted by Jenn Stanley (who you might know from other dog-friendly yoga events around Hamilton).🧘‍♀️🐕

Relax, stretch and bond with your pup in a safe, enclosed environment, supervised by our group of trained volunteers who will make sure sure all dogs and their humans are safe and having a great time.

The session will include:

• Welcome with a supervised off-leash play session in our enclosed area to get those zoomies out
• A 1-hr beginner-friendly yoga class while your dog rests, wanders or plays nearby in our safe enclosed area (our volunteers will help with restless pups and potty breaks so you can relax!)
• Treats for your dog
• A final safely enclosed off-leash play session to celebrate all the good girls and boys
• The chance to wander and shop Terra with your dog on leash afterwards (extra walkies!)

You'll need:

• A yoga mat
• Comfortable layered clothing for changeable greenhouse weather

Your dog will need:

• Proof of spay/neuter and vaccination
• To be at least 6 months old
• A readiness to socialize and very basic understanding of commands like sit, stay, and/or settle

Your dog WILL NOT need:

To be perfect! This is a relaxed, dog-friendly class run by dog lovers - movement, curiosity and the occasional bark are all part of the experience.

Our trained volunteers will be there to help, and we’ll have space for dogs who need a quick break. If your dog is generally comfortable around other dogs and people, you’re very welcome to join us.

Participants must be aged 16 or older

Dogs must be on leash at all times when outside of our designated enclosure at Terra
