Help your child build confidence in the kitchen while learning about healthy eating in a fun and interactive way!


The Fun Healthy Eating Workshop for Kids is a 4-week hands-on program designed for children ages 5–10. Each week, children will participate in simple food preparation activities while learning important life skills such as kitchen safety, healthy food choices, and creative ways to enjoy fruits and vegetables.


This workshop focuses on building independence and encouraging positive relationships with food in a supportive and engaging environment.


What Kids Will Learn:

  • The importance of healthy eating
  • Basic kitchen safety and hygiene
  • How to prepare simple, kid-friendly recipes
  • Confidence and independence with food preparation
  • Creative food presentation and fun ways to enjoy healthy foods


Weekly Activities Include:

  • Week 1: Fruit salad & yogurt parfait
  • Week 2: Sandwiches or wraps with fresh veggies
  • Week 3: Pizza kabobs & Caesar salad
  • Week 4: Preparing food to share with parents


All activities are no-heat preparation, making them safe and appropriate for young children.
